Return Conditions
Not satisfied with your purchase? You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition

All parts, accessories, and original packaging are included

No damage from incorrect use; only minimal handling signs allowed

If applicable: hygiene-sensitive items must be clean and unused

The product was faulty upon arrival

Return Procedure
To request a return, please email info@ellaboutique.com with the following details:

Reason for return

Photo of the item (in case of damage)

Customer name and address
After review, you’ll receive the correct return address.
Please do not return the package to the sender address on the label.
Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt.
We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
Cancellation Policy & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, starting from the time you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) received the last item.

We use a fully automated system. Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately. This means cancellations after 24 hours or once the order has shipped are not possible.
